An art show dedicated to Michael Alan Alien’s mom at their private studio in the Village NYC in response to her being in recovery in the nursing home. Also in celebration of Michael Alan Alien’s 45th birthday. Anyone can join online worldwide!

Alien and his mom started their space together during the pandemic after his father passed as a way to stick together, make art together, and so that he could care for her in her elder years. Tour the private studio guided by Alien, and view a new exhibition of Alien’s artwork. Flip through books of Alien’s artwork made from childhood until now, see work in progress, behind the scenes work stations, The Living Installation performance art props and costumes. A wide range of work from large canvas to affordable prints, miniature paintings, and zines on display!

For the finale see the screening of Jadda Cat’s new Living Installation performance “Birthday Chef” where she builds a wild cake for Michael Alan Alien! Video will be made available to stream online during or after the event.

The last hour will be communal drawing. Paper and drawing supplies provided in person / grab some paper and draw from where you are on livestream!
